KG’s Blog Post #56 – 5/14/10 9:56am

Friday Nerves Are Slamming Me,

Wowsy!! I was doing so well and then it hits me like the Hulk. Nerves and anxiety, not my leg pain. But, I am committed to trusting the day to trust and remember that the victory is playing and not the score. I will keep improving everyday. I’ve had a serious conversation with my hybrids and told them they are going to work their tails off today. It feels so good to be scared.

Take care and I’ll be back,

Ken

    Mr. Green,

It’s been awhile since I have been able to harass you(call it encouragemant, if you will?) A few weeks spent dealing with the same “headaches” as you’ve dealt with in the past. Finally able to catch up on your progress, and just wanted to wish you all the best in Hoover. Hope the clam diggers workout, the uneven lies play flat, you never notice the bunkers, and they do have a reserved parking spot right beside the Tee Markers on those elevated holes for you!

    As always,

    Thanks!!

    Todd

  8. Jim Curley says:

As an amputee golfer myself, I have to know, did Ken wear clam diggers today? I know how much of a problem it is to play and not be able to drain the sweat. he’ll be darting off to dark places every couple holes. GOOD LUCK KEN!!!!
