Sickly Babble,

I’m sick as a porcupine having dinner with the Pope. With that said, I have no choice but to babble.    Two points of irritation…

Tiger and his camp still don’t get it! First, he says you have 5 minutes only – controlling again.   Second, how sad that he takes Jim Furyk and The Transitions out of the picture with his Sunday “5 minutes”. They just stole the show again – control. Will they ever learn? There is a simple way to improve as a person – the truth. It’s sad that such a great player plays games with people. Golf deserves more – it is truly the best game on this earth.

Now to the other thing that is annoying me. Washington DC and our elected officials: the truth is also missing. I hope we vote all of them out of office. Start brand new.

I have not heard anything from the Tour and as you can probably interpret I’m anxious.

My young son Hunter’s autopsy came back and it was a mixture of alcohol and drugs that sent him to the other side. Please pay attention, young people.

OK I’ll stopping screaming, but I had to release the frustration.

Take care my friends and I hope to have some news soon,

    Dear Ken,
I am sorry for your loss & I wish that you weren’t having to deal with that pain on top of all the issues with the PGA. I do have to comment about your Tiger comments though. He too has been used & abused by the tour; because he is “different.” How many minority players were on the tour before him? People associated with the tour don’t mind the bigger paychecks that they have enjoyed because of Tiger, but they couldn’t wait to pounce on him as soon as he showed that he was not perfect.
He purposely scheduled his interviews for after the Transitions tournament. It was not his fault that there was a rain delay & they did not overlap. The fact that he gave 2 interviews of 5 minutes each is more than most in his position would do. No one has ever been raked over the coals like this before. How are he and his wife supposed to try to mend their hearts with all this tabloid & media abuse? Yes, Tiger F’d-up. but there are other cheaters out there that just were never caught or publicized because of their skin color & you & the tour know it!
I’m still in your court & hope that things work out for you. But I don’t want to see them kick you when you are down & I hate that people have been kicking Tiger when he is down. Sincerely, Kim

It was sad to hear what the report said about your son. I did take your word and expanded it just a bit ( Please pay attention, young people) I took a copy to my son’s Boy Scout meeting and read it to them. The two sheriff’s officers thank me, as that just helped them get the point home even more. The nights topic was on drugs and alcohol.

My deepest sympathy to you Ken. I know after what you’ve experienced in the past year this additional blow must make you question why God seems to have it in for you. I do not know your faith but I hope you can somehow trust that God does not give you more than you can handle. He certainly pushes the limit but He will get you through this. Please know that there are many of us who are praying for you and will continue to do so.

    God Bless

Sorry to hear of the results with your son. Such a senseless loss. I lost my daughter 5 years ago at the age of 22 so I know the pain you are going through now. Don’t try to suck it up and get through this by yourself. It doesn’t work. It is okay to cry. It is normal to grieve. I wish someone had told me that 5 years ago. Your son is still with you and wishing you all the best. Don’t know why the man upstairs decides that some people need to be on the downslope of the sewer pipe but I am right there with you. Hang in there Ken.
