The PGA TOUR has established a trust fund so that PGA TOUR & Champions Tour players and others can ease Green’s financial burden. 

If you would like to make a donation, checks should be made out to “Ken Green Trust” and mailed to:

Ponte Vedra Beach, FL 32004-1811

Note: instead of mailing a check, you can use your Online Banking (ex: Bank-of-America) to send funds.  Just add “Ken Green Trust” as a Payee, and make a “payment” to it.
