We welcome you and your friends to come join us for a great day of golf and fun as we help Ken take the first steps of his comeback.

If you are interested in playing in the Pro-AM tournament on Sept. 28th at Ridgewood C.C., Danbury, CT., please feel out the sign up form below so we can follow up with you. Feel free to enter as many golfers as you would like. If you do not have a foursome, we will make arrangements to partner you up with one of Ken’s friends.

Shotgun Start: 9:30am
Format: Shamble with percentage of handicap.

Dinner & Auction to follow tournament with items including: Golf at exclusive world-famous courses, one-of-a-kind experiences with PGA Tour golfers and other celebrities, great golf equipment and many other surprises.

Cost: $5,000 per foursome – Individuals who wish to donate $1,250 per player and play in the tournament will be organized with other players.  Individuals (non-players) are WELCOME to attend Lunch, the Dinner, and the Auction, at a cost of $175.
