We welcome you and your friends to come join us for a great day of golf and fun as we help Ken take the first steps of his comeback.

If you are interested in playing in the Pro-AM tournament on Nov. 23rd at Breakers West C.C., West Palm Beach, FL., please feel out the sign up form below so we can follow up with you. Feel free to enter as many golfers as you would like. If you do not have a foursome, we will make arrangements to partner you up with one of Ken’s friends.

Cost: $5,000 per foursome – we will arrange foursomes for those singles who wish to donate $1,250.
