Dear Tim,

I know that deep down you’re a good & decent man, but I’m very disappointed that you didn’t STEP UP and give Ken Green a Full Medical Extension to his Exempt Status that would not penalize him for his June 8 2009 accident.

I know it’s complicated, with all sorts of Rules in the system, BUT every once in awhile a LEADER like you has to Step Up and say, “I’m going to do what’s right and override the system – I’m NOT going the “I just work here route”.”

Maybe it’s still not too late to do so – I’m not sure.
